Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum order is $200.00 for the entire line.
- Minimum reorder is $100.00 for the entire line.
- Two-piece minimum per style.
- First time orders are credit card only.
- Returned checks will be charged a $20 surcharge and will
result in future orders being shipped out credit card only or prepaid.
- Refused or canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking
fee plus shipping and handling charges.
- Claims, returns or damages must be made within 5 days of receipt
of goods. All returns must be accompanied by a Classic Hardware return
authorization number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and returned to
customer.
- All authorized returns will be credited to your account. No
cash refunds will be issued by Classic Hardware.
- Back orders of $30.00 or more will remain in effect unless
canceled by the customer.
- Individual boxes for jewelry items are available for an
additional charge.
